Dr. Dufault has presented her clinical trial and research findings at various conferences. In 2014, she was invited by the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI) to present her clinical trial results of a study she conducted with collaborators at the Fort Peck Indian Reservation. During this video presentation which is now available on You Tube, Dr. Dufault explains how heavy metals in the processed food supply create conditions for the development of Type 2 diabetes.
